- Dear Donkeyroad, I finally received a letter from USCIS about N-400 interview. It appears that my letter to the First Lady has made the effect. She forwarded my letter to FBI and FBI wrapped up the name check. I greatly appreciate the advice you gave; and want to share my experience with others.

I have been informed by the USCIS that my 485 has been approved. Thank you for the help !
Then?I received a phone call from the AUSA, asking me to sign a agreement to dismiss the case at the court. I would like to know your opinion about it. Shall I go ahead and sign it (but then you may lose a winning case that may build up your credibility). Please let me know your thoughts
--- WOM for I-485 at NJ Court. He initially filed by himself. And then asked us help for preparing response to AUSA's Motion To Dismiss. About 20 days after submition of response, he got I-485 approved.

政府那帮人，案子交到法院也不认输，直到我把您做的response递交了他们才认输，我估计他们就是想看看我会不会对他们的MTD做回应，如果不做他们就偷着乐了...
总之，非常感谢您的帮助！真是帮了大忙了。我现在还不知道name check是否真的完成，不过我想在现在这个情况，发来面试通知，应该代表FBI name
check就做完了吧？
